A charmingly small wedding in New Caanan, Connecticut, was filled with an abundance of florals in shades of purple with hints of pale pink. This couple is a combination of thoughtful and unique which shined through on their special day!
Instead of traditionally giving out favors to their guests they thought that the best gift was to help others. With that they decided to make a donation to the Memorial Sloan Keetering Cancer Foundation as a gift to their guests and others.
A uniquely decorative element to using florals at your wedding is to wear them! This bride had the flowers that were use through out the ceremony actually sewed into her veil creating a 3-D flower collage along her veil train making a walk down the aisle very creative!
Adding more personal and unique touches, each bridesmaid wore soft floral and neutral toned dresses accenting the overall colors chosen for this wedding day.
Having a backyard wedding is a quaint and personal feeling for both the wed couple and their guests! They had a beautiful reception under our 32x92 sperry tent. Lyndsey Hamilton Events bringing the richness of jeweled tone colors along the reception tables and decor to the tents ambiance.
The tablescapes for the reception were in shades of grey pairing with silver utensils blending into each other having the main focal point be the luscious greenery centerpieces. The Blade Floral Design team created a rich and eye catching floral centerpieces using cream peonies, anemones and light pink celosia.
